EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of you receiving the shipment
  2. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available free of cost
  3. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page
  4. Items purchased in promotional sale campaigns such as End of season, Festive, Black-Friday, etc. will be considered as final sale and will not be eligible for returns

    EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

    2. We will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48-72 hours
    3. Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection
    4. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
    5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
    6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return
    7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request

    REFUND POLICY

    1. We issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns
    2. There is no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests
    3. First time exchange for size or a different style/product is free
    4. A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note
    5. Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue
    6. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable

        SALE OR DISCOUNT POLICY

        1. All discounted products are eligible for only size exchanges at a chargeable return shipping fee of Rs 199 (applicable only if the requested size is in stock).
        2. We are unable to accept returns on any discounted or sale merchandise. This applies to discounted or on-sale products or bought through an offer or promotional code

        MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

        1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
        2. We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
        3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

            CANCELLATION POLICY

            1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order
            2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after 12 hours
